Shaheen Bhatt to write the script of Aashiqui 3 along with father Mahesh Bhatt

While her sister is a Gen Y superstar ( Alia Bhatt ), Shaheen Bhatt opts for exploring the world of cinema by staying behind the camera. Shaheen Bhatt, daughter of Mahesh Bhatt has decided to follow his footsteps by entering the field of script writing and she will start off her first Bollywood venture with Aashiqui 3.The franchise of the romantic drama Aashiqui turned out to be successful musically as well as box office wise after the stupendous hit of the Shraddha Kapoor Aditya Roy Kapur starrer Aashiqui 2 as well as the Rahul Roy Anu Aggarwal starrer Aashiqui.And now taking it to another level will be Shaheen Bhatt who will write the script of the third installment along with her father Mahesh Bhatt. While Mohit Suri (cousin of Shaheen) who will be directing the film expressed his excitement over Shaheen choosing this as her profession, Shaheens father and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt also announced that his daughter indeed is the script writer along with Surhita Sen Gupta who is yet another writer of the film, produced by T-Series. However as far as the casting is concerned, filmmaker Mohit maintained that they are yet to finalize on the names. Rumours have it that the makers are planning on roping in Hrithik Roshan to play the lead for Aashiqui 3.
