Arjun Kapoor to play a Haryanvi cop?

Arjun Kapoor is all set to reprise a double role in the forthcoming comedy Mubarakan and now the actor has apparently decided to sign another film. The film in question will have Arjun playing a cop for the first time. If all goes well, the actor will be collaborating with director Dibakar Banerjee for the first time for his next in which he will play a Haryanvi cop. However, we hear that Arjun Kapoor is yet to sign on the dotted line. On the other hand, it is also being said that the actor will be seen playing the role with two other leading actors and the details of the same as of now is being kept under wraps. Arjun Kapoor has played some intense roles and this time around, he decided to explore the dark thriller genre. Set in North India, the film is said to be shot across a schedule of 60 days. As of now, it has been learnt, the film is in scripting stage and Dibakar is working on the final draft. Reportedly, the untitled film is slated to go on floor in mid next year, once Arjun wraps up with Mubarakan.
