Sudhanshu Pandey to take his Kaabil story down South

15 May 2017

When the Roshans in association with filmmaker Sanjay Gupta announced the film titled Kaabil starring Hrithik Roshan , the film got embroiled into a copyright controversy. Actor turned writer Sudhanshu Pandey filed a complaint against the writers of the film, Siraj Ayaz Ahmed and Vijay Kumar Mishra claiming that the script resembled the story written by him. Soon the fizz about the case died out and Sudhanshu has now decided to move ahead with his script down South. Sudhanshu Pandey recently revealed that he is in talks with a major production house and biggest of South stars for his film. Reportedly, Sudhanshu had earlier stated that he had written the script for Kaabil along with Siraj who had taken the story to Sanjay Gupta. Sanjay who narrated the same to Hrithik Roshan, decided to go ahead with the same after the Krrish actor gave a nod to the same. Sudhanshu, now, maintained that since the Roshans claimed their story to be different from his version of the film, he decided to move down South with the script. Talking about the story, the actor revealed that his film is about a blind couple. Sudhanshu Pandey also mentioned that if all goes well, he will be releasing the said film by the end of this year. On the other hand, as far as his case against the writers and Roshans is concerned, he refused to divulge details on the same. Last we heard that Rakesh Roshan filed a defamation of Rs. 50 crore against Sudhanshu at the Andheri court but Pandey refutes the same claiming that he did not receive any notice about the same.
