Aamir roped in for Bombay Talkies

The upcoming joint venture that comprises four short films directed by prominent Bollywood directors, Bombay Talkies, which celebrates Indian Cinema's centenary year, has been in the headlines for a while now. The latest on the film is that the makers have roped in none other than the perfectionist Khan for the film.

In fact the actor has been roped in to shoot for a special segment in the film. Apparently, it was Aamir's contribution to the field of cinema that prompted the makers to take a last minute decision of casting him in the film as well.

Though an official announcement of the actor's involvement in the film is still pending, we hear that Aamir, who has just finished his Switzerland schedule for Dhoom 3 , has already started shooting his segment for Bombay Talkies at Mehboob studios. Bombay Talkies which features four short films by Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap, Karan Johar and Dibakar Banerjee is almost ready, and the first promo of the film was recently launched.
