Firoz Nadiadwala to take legal action against Rajkumar Santoshi

The Nadiadwala - Santoshi battle continues as it was time for Firoz Nadiadwala's turn to respond after Rajkumar Santoshi filed an FIR against him, accusing Firoz of threatening to kill to him.

Now, reports suggest that Firoz has taken a legal action against Santoshi claiming that the director owes him Rs. 6 crore that was paid to him by Nadiadwala to make three films under his banner with Bollywood A-listers. However, later, Santoshi got busy with other big projects in hand and none of the films with Nadiadwala materialized. Now, Firoz claims that Rajkumar did not repay the money given to him for the films and also accused him of registering a false complaint.

The two have been at loggerheads since the past couple of years. Recently, Rajkumar Santoshi had claimed that he was doing a film with Firoz Nadiadwala back in 2010, which got shelved because of certain actors walking out of the project citing date issues. Also, Santoshi filed a complaint against producer after he claimed of receiving threatening calls from Firoz Nadiadwala.
