Last minute song added to Bullett Raja

29 Nov 2013

The masala-quotient in Tigmanshu Dhulia's Bullett Raja has gone up, A new mast-mast massy song 'Jai Govinda Jai Gopala' sung by Wajid, one of the composer duo Sajid-Wajid, has been added on at the last minute to the film. The last-minute inclusion of the song led to a critical final-hour delay in the dispatch of prints to overseas and non-overseas centers which had the producers Fox Star biting their nails in suspense.

But Tigmanshu was adamant.

When asked why he insisted on the last-minute inclusion of a song, the director said, "It has been added to the end-credits. We all felt that the song's presence would create an impact during the film's final phase of closure. The song had already been recorded. But we hadn't used it. I felt it fitted in at the end. So I put it into the end credits. It did cause some delay. But I think it was worth taking the chance. When you see the film you'll agree with me." Kareena Kapoor saw Bullett Raja recently. She laughed clapped and cheered so hard that the very proper decorous Saif had to ask her to calm down.
