Alia Bhatt suffers ligament tear

Alia Bhatt, who never ceases to make headlines with her performances in her films, has given her fans yet another reason to feel proud of her...this time in real life.

Alia injured her leg when she was rehearsing for a song from Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. She showed sheer professionalism by continuing to shoot and reaching the hospital only after completing her portions, despite the pain she was in. The MRI scan revealed that she had suffered a calf ligament tear, because of which she has been advised bed rest for 10 days.
