Arjun Kapoor is currently busy shooting the action drama Tevar and the actor ended up with an injury on the sets. Apparently, during the shoot of a song sequence in the film, Arjun is said to have hurt his lower back while doing a particular dance step because of which the shoot had to be stalled.

The said incident happened at Film City, Goregaon, Mumbai, during a three day shoot schedule and the actor was said to be in too much pain. Though he was hurt badly, Arjun Kapoor insisted on moving on with the shoot after resting for a while, because he wanted to complete it as per the deadline. In fact, the film's producer and Arjun's uncle Sanjay Kapoor had insisted on calling off the shoot but Arjun did not agree to it since he was aware that it was difficult to accommodate dates if the shoot is left unfinished.

In order to ensure that Arjun's health is fine, a doctor was called on the sets and after prescribing some medicines, the actor was back in action.

The song in question is said to be an item number featuring Shruti Haasan.

Tevar stars Sonakshi Sinha as the female lead along with Manoj Bajpayee in a negative role. It is the debut directorial of Amit Sharma and is the official remake of the Telugu blockbuster Okkadu which released in 2003. The South version starred Mahesh Babu, Bhumika Chawla and Prakash Raj in main roles.

Tevar will see Arjun Kapoor playing the role of a Kabaddi player and has been extensively shot in North India. The film is slated to release on January 9, 2015.
