"Shruti Hassan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Yami Gautam were never approached for my film" - Divya Kumar

City tabloid Midday today reported a news stating that actresses Shruti Haasan, Aditi Rao Hydari and Yami Gautam were approached for Divya Kumar's next project and that the actresses tuned down the film.

However, on contacting, the Yaariyan director and wife of T-Series Head Honcho Bhushan Kumar, Divya Kumar, completely denied the news. In fact the filmmaker is currently in the scripting stage of her next untitled film and is yet to finalize the actors.

Apparently, Divya Kumar was contacted by a Midday reporter for a comment on the same and she denied the news saying, "Shruti Haasan, Aditi Rao Hydari and Yami Gautam were never approached by me."

The PRO, who handles work of all these three actresses, too denied the news saying, "Kindly note, Aditi was never approached for Divya Kumar's film. So the question of turning down the film does not arise. Same for Yami." Despite these denials, the reporter went ahead and printed this fake news in the tabloid.
