John Abraham and Varun Dhawan in Rohit Dhawan's next?

19 Nov 2014

After Madras Cafe which released a year ago, John Abraham has been away from the Bollywood scene for a while now. While recently he was in the news after tying the knot with girlfriend Priya Runchal in a hush-hush ceremony, we will now get a glimpse of the actor on the silver screen only next year when Welcome Back releases. Though John has been busy shooting for Welcome Back , we hear that the actor has signed Rohit Dhawan's next directorial. It is a known fact that Rohit made his directorial debut with Desi Boyz which starred Akshay Kumar and John Abraham in lead roles and now his next too seems to be a two-hero project. The film in question is also said to star Rohit's brother and popular actor Varun Dhawan. The details of the leading ladies are yet to be finalized and the film will be extensively shot in the Middle East. Sajid Nadiadwala, who is producing the film, also maintained that while they are on a constant hunt for exotic locations for their future films ( Tamasha in Corsica and Tiger Shroff's next in China), they are on a lookout for virgin locations in the Middle East for this project.

This untitled next is slated to go on floor in April next year. Varun Dhawan is currently busy with Remo D'Souza's ABCD 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor and Lauren Gotlieb and Sriram Raghavan's Badlapur alongside Yami Gautam and Huma Qureshi. On the other hand, John who has also ventured into production has many films lined up which includes Welcome Back, Rocky Handsome, Agra Ka Daabra, 1911 among others.
