Amit Sadh paired opposite Sonakshi Sinha in Akira

Earlier we had reported that Sonakshi Sinha, who was last seen in the film Tevar alongside Arjun Kapoor, had commenced work on her next titled Akira . Later we heard that Sonakshi's father Shatrugan Sinha would be seen playing her father in the film as well. Now we hear that the Kai Po Che actor Amit Sadh has been roped in for the film.

In fact Amit will be seen playing Sonakshi's love interest in the film. However, further details of the actor's role are being kept tightly under wraps.

Akira, produced by Fox Star Studios, also has Shatrughan Sinha in a cameo along with Anurag Kashyap playing a negative role.
