Jimmy Sheirgill's mother passes away

Last seen in Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Jimmy Sheirgill has been busy with his other film commitments. The actor who was preparing to fly to Bangkok to shoot a film, however, had to cancel the trip owing to his mother's demise. Jimmy Sherigill's mother passed away on Wednesday after suffering from a prolonged illness.

From what we hear, the actor's mother was hospitalized after her health deteriorated and the actor after receiving the news immediately rushed to be by her side. On the other hand, the crew which was preparing to leave to Bangkok for the film were informed about the changes and the shoot schedule has now been postponed.
