Kriti Sanon out of Sultan? Not quite

24 Aug 2015

Kriti Sanon who made her debut opposite Tiger Shroff in Heropanti has apparently gone on from Tiger Shroff to Ek Tha Tiger 's Salman Khan.Reports that she is no more in the reckoning are not only misleading, they are also malicious attempts by the PR team of other actresses interested in the coveted role to downsize Kriti's success.

A filmmaker very protective of Kriti says, "Doosri ladkiyon ko dekha nahin jaa raha hai. The A-lister heroines can't digest Kriti's instant success. They are eager to spread the news that Salman doesn't want to work with her. There are a number of heroines Salman doesn't want to work with. Kriti is not one of them." If reliable sources within the industry are to be believed this pretty Delhite will be paired with Salman Khan in Ali Abbas Zafar's Sultan after all. Kriti Sanon however is under strict instruction to not speak of the prized project.

Says a source close to the development, "Reports on websites have gone from 'Kriti Opposite Salman in Sultan ' to 'Kriti Not Offered Sultan '. The truth is, she is a top-ranker in the reckoning for the role. However she has been instructed to not speak about it at all. Hence when asked the diplomatic non-controversial girl says no about the role." In the meanwhile there is the other Khan superstar to shoot with. Kriti whose career has gone into the busy lane in no time at all, is currently busy shooting for Rohit Shetty's Dilwale with Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Varun Dhawan, a film which she says with an embarrassed smile, she is not allowed to talk about.

Laughs the Delhi girl who has recently acquired her own residence on Mumbai, "I won't say it was easy or quick.

Heropanti was released more than a year ago. To my good fortune I got gradual but certain approval from the film industry. Normally when a new girl comes into the film industry she is spoken about for her glamour quotient. But the critics spoke about my performance in.

Heropanti That reassured me I was doing the right thing."
