Anurag Kashyap and Zeishan Quadri team up yet again for Gangs of Wasseypur 3

With the success that Gangs of Wasseypur I & II garnered, Anurag Kashyap is now contemplating on continuing the gangster drama. According to our sources, Anurag Kashyap has offered Zeishan Quadri to write the script of Gangs of Wasseypur 3. Though Zeishan was one of the writers of the previous two installments, it seems that this time around Zeishan will be handling the film all by himself.

Zeishan Quadri, who is gearing up for his debut directorial venture Meeruthiya Gangsters , is overwhelmed by GOW 3. His mentor Anurag Kashyap, who too is impressed with Zeishan, said, "I saw a reflection of myself in Zeishan. The zeal and passion I had in my early days is now what I see in him. When you make any movie you don't cross the imaginary line till you don't know that it exists. I have noticed that Zeishan is someone who likes to learn while making films; he keeps reinventing and discovering it. In spite of not having any cinematic education, Zeishan comes with lots of courage in him; he has this incredible drive in him which is actually four times more than me that makes him an extremely talented filmmaker." Zeishan who was thrilled with the praises showered on him said, "I am completely overwhelmed, it feels great when your mentor appreciates your work. What I am today is part of Anurag Sir's remarkable guidance and encouragement." Apart from this, Anurag Kashyap is also presenting Zeishan's film Meeruthiya Gangsters that is slated to release on September 18.
