28 Apr 2016

Gulshan Devaiah who is all set for Pooja Bhatt's Cabaret has now been roped in for a film titled Pichchar. The film will have the actor playing the role of an aspiring director.

The film directed by Rohit Pathak is a heart-warming story of a struggling filmmaker who has an unlikely connection with a young boy who hails from a remote village in UP. Although they both have nothing to do with each other in the beginning, a chance meeting between the two makes them both unknowingly relevant to each lives.

Speaking on the same, Gulshan Devaiah added, "It's a sweet story about following your dreams and beating the odds, I play a very simple, small town guy with big dreams and immense potential but is slowly and steadily being broken down by the ways of the entertainment industry. It's a nice deviation from the kind of films and roles I've done so far. It's a story that will appeal to both young and old. Finally my young nieces and nephews can watch their chachu on screen."
