Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Nikhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures join hands to make Lucknow Central

Readers may recall that, Bollywood Hungama had earlier reported (in February this year) that Nikhil Advani will be making Lucknow Central, a film that will be directed by Ranjit Tiwari. The latest update on the same is that the film will be produced jointly by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Nikhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures.

Lucknow Central is a film whose story has been set in the backdrop of a jail.

Speaking about the film, Nikhil Advani felt that the film was in good hands with the backing of a studio like Viacom18 Motion Pictures, a heart-warming script written by Aseem Arora and having Ranjit Tiwari as a director.

On the other hand, Ajit Andhare (COO-Viacom18 Motion Pictures) stated that Lucknow Central had all the makings of an endearing and entertaining film that would strike a chord with viewers, for both, its content and innovative music.
