Akshay Kumar talks about lack of insurance of stuntmen

Known for his action packed films, Akshay Kumar has also done several stunts without the help of a body-double in films. Well acquainted with the problems stuntmen face on a daily basis, Akshay decided to root for them during one of the promotional events of his forthcoming film Housefull 3 .Akshay Kumar revealed that he wants stuntmen to be provided with insurance. While he agrees to the fact that Bollywood as an industry has come a long way when it comes to taking care of technicians since doctors and ambulance are generally available on the sets of the film, he believes that these stuntmen who put their life in danger during high octane sequences should be provided with insurance too.

As far as his next film is concerned, Housefull 3, the third installment of a popular comic caper also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Abhishek Bachchan, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon in lead roles, besides Akshay Kumar. The film directed by Sajid - Farhad is slated to release on June 3.
