Aditi Rao Hydari learns Tamil from filmmaker Mani Ratnam

Aditi Rao Hydari is elated as she is gearing up for her Tamil debut which is directed by none other than Mani Ratnam. The film titled Kaatru Veliyidai is very special to Aditi and she is leaving no stones unturned to get her role right.

Mani Ratnam too has taken it upon himself to make Aditi seem as authentic as she can. Being the task master that he is, he has personally got involved in helping the Bollywood actress with her language and diction. A crew member from the team of the film revealed, "Mani sir wants Aditi to speak Tamil effortlessly, so for the past month, she has been working on it under his guidance in Chennai. He's teaching her the accent and intonation. Being very perceptive, he wants to see authentic reactions from her character, and hence he's personally helping her get the language right." Last seen in the Farhan Akhtar starrer Wazir , Aditi Rao Hydari will play the leading lady in the film opposite Karthi in Kaatru Veliyidai .
