Akshay Kumar reacts on Naseeruddin Shah's mediocrity statement on Rajesh Khanna

A few days ago Naseeruddin Shah made a statement in which he said that veteran actor Rajesh Khanna had ushered mediocrity in the film industry.

Soon after, the issue blew out of proportion and Naseeruddin Shah had to release an apology for his comment. Akshay Kumar, who is the son-in-law of the later superstar Rajesh Khanna, recently reacted to the statement at one of his promotional events. He said that he was ok and that he would not like to comment on something which is over now. Naseeruddin had apologized and we should graciously accept it and move on.

Readers may recall that Twinkle Khanna, daughter of Rajesh Khanna, had a strong reaction after she had read about the same. She was rather angry and disappointed. She had called out Naseeruddin Shah for making a disrespectful statement.
