Aamna Sharif had recently been shooting from home after her spot boy tested positive for Coronavirus. She is now back on the sets and is maintaining all the precautionary measures. The actress and her family members underwent the COVID-19 test. While they tested negative, to ensure maximum safety of herself and those around her, the actress choose to stay away from the set and shoot from home instead.“I’m back shooting on sets and we are taking utmost precautions. My self-quarantine is over and it feels good to once again be back on sets shooting. Hoping that we don’t face any more hiccups in the near future!” said Aamna. Along with her, Parth Samthaan, who was in Pune with his parents has also resumed shooting and the fans are very excited to see him back in action. A recent picture of his from the sets has been going viral as he looks dapper. The actor had left for Pune after suffering from a panic attack due to Coronavirus.

Erica Fernandes had started shooting from home for Kasautii Zindagii Kay as a precautionary measure. After Parth Samthaan tested positive for COVID-19, the team started taking a lot more precautions than before to ensure that they don’t get infected. Owing to which, Erica Fernandes and Aamna Sharif started shooting from home but now, they are back on sets.Erica Fernandes is planning to live separately from her parents since she does not want to take risks. Her father is a heart patient and has suffered from four cardiac arrests, her mother too has a history of tuberculosis. Erica herself has breathing issues so she decided that her parents will live separately from her. in terms of work, too, she found it difficult to shoot alone and felt like being one of the leads, she cannot be seen not interacting with her co-actors on screen. With only close-up shots, she felt that her performance and the numbers were being affected and to avoid that, she has decided to return to set.Erica says whenever she will visit her parents, she will greet them from outside of the house, through the window. Since she has never lived alone, this will be a new experience for her.

In an ambitious marketing initiative, Ekta Kapoor will promote her upcoming venture Ek Thi Daayan, through a serial on Life OK channel, Ek Thhi Naayika.

This show will not just bring eight television icons (Smriti Irani, Sakshi Tanwar, Aamna Shariff, Shweta Tiwari, Mouli Ganguly, Ankita Lokhande, Kritika Kamra and Pooja Gor) together on the small screen but will also mark the acting debut of producers Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj. Ekta and Vishal will both do short cameos in an episode each.

Talking about making her acting debut, nervous Ekta says, "Don't ever expect me to act because I will be bad at it. You might see a blink-and-miss cameo of me standing behind a tree. I don't mind playing a tree. As long as I don't have dialogue, I can stand in a scene." Talking about her role, she says, "It's a small one. I will take my cue from Vishalji. He'll be experienced by then, as he too is making his TV debut in Ek Thhi Naayika." Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj launched the first look of the TV show Ek Thhi Naayika at a press conference and they also launched a song from the film, Ek Thi Dayaan that will be used in the TV show.

After the conquest of Superman in the film Malegaon Ka Superman, film goers...now be ready for Malegaon Ka Spiderman! The twist in the tale is that Malegaon Ka Spiderman will feature Spiderman (played by Safiq Khan) weighing a whopping 109 kgs. The film is being directed by Shaikh Nazir and produced by Sunil Bohra.

When asked about the reason of casting an 'obese' Spiderman, Bohra said that it's their version of the superhero story where Spiderman is an obese man and also the twin brother of Superman. He also added that since Superman did all the heroic acts, Spiderman was forced to stay at home, eat and get fat... which resulted him in being obese! But now, with Superman retiring, Spiderman has to take over the action.

While one schedule of Malegaon Ka Spiderman is over, Bohra plans to release this film by year end.
