Best wishes to the team," another one wrote.The film also marks the first-ever on-screen pairing of Rajkummar with talented Triptii. Details regarding the other actors are awaited.Meanwhile, RajKummar is basking in the success of the Netflix series 'Guns & Gulaabs', in which he shared the screen space with Dulquer Salmaan. In the coming months, he will also be seen in 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' opposite Janhvi Kapoor. The film will hit the theatres on March 15, 2024.Sharan Sharma of 'Gunjan Saxena' has directed the film.On the other hand, Triptii made her acting debut in the comedy film Poster Boys (2017) and had her first lead role in the romantic drama Laila Majnu (2018). She has since starred in Anvita Dutt's period films Bulbbul (2020) and Qala (2022).

The story is set in a boarding school in a small town in the Himalayan foothills and follows a 16-year-old Mira, whose rebellious coming of age is hijacked by her mother who never got to come of age.Debutante Shuchi Talati is helming the project.Excited about the film, Shuchi said, " I am overwhelmed by the process naturally and am very excited to make my first film. I feel confident about the script since I received validation due to the numerous grants our project has received. I hope I can live up to expectations. Backed by Dharma Productions and directed by Sharan Sharma, the film is said to be a cricket drama. The movie will be released in theatres on October 7 of this year.

Anshuman Jha, the Mumbai based film and theatre actor best known for his work in his debut Feature Film Love, Sex Aur Dhokha and the recent Hum Bhi Akele, Tum Bhi Akele - will soon begin shooting for his directorial debut with Lord Curzon Ki Haveli in London. The film was initially supposed to go on floors in March 2020, but unfortunately suffered a long delay due to the pandemic. The film stars Mirzapur and Out Of Love fame Rasika Dugal along with the Made In Heaven star Arjun Mathur in the lead roles amongst others.On getting to resume shooting in London, Anshuman had this to say, "I work for fulfillment, not achievements. 2022 is the year of fulfillment with Lord Curzon Ki Haveli finally going on floor. The whole world saw a major setback with almost everything coming to a standstill during the first wave of the Coronavirus, with the entertainment industry being no exception. Back in early 2020, it was announced that Ajay Devgn headline the Hindi remake of the Tamil blockbuster Kaithi. He had taken to his Twitter account to share the news which read, Yes, Im doing the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Kaithi. Releases on February 12, 2021. Though the pandemic delayed the hopes for it be shot and released last year, it has finally gone on the floors on January 13, 2022. The remake will be produced by SR Prakashbabu and Reliance Entertainment.The title of the remake is out and it is being called Bholaa. The shoot began on Thursday morning. Given the COVID-19 situation in the country, the set will be minimum unit set. The actor was personally looking into the pre-production and scripting and the film promises to be a masala entertainer.Kaithi released in 2019 which was an action thriller directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film was headlined by Karthi alongside Narain and Dheena. It is produced by S. R. Prakashbabu and S. R. Prabhu under the banner Dream Warrior Pictures and co-produced by Tiruppur Vivek under the banner Vivekananda Pictures.

Ishaan Khatter, Mrunal Thakur, Priyanshu Painyuli's war drama Pippa which went on floors in September this year has a release date. Ishaan Khatter took to his Instagram handle to share stills from the film and announce that the film will be released on December 9, 2022.Sharing the stills from the film, Ishaan wrote, "Blood sweat and tears. The series is being produced by Applause Entertainment in association with BBC Studios India. The series will go on floors on July 21, 2021.According to a tabloid, the much-awaited digital debut of Ajay Devgn will kick off next month and will be shot across several locations over the course of two months in Mumbai. South actress Raashii Khanna, who makes her Hindi digital debut with Raj and DK's next with Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi, has been roped in to play the lead role, originally played by Ruth Wilson in the British crime-psychological series.Earlier, Bollywood Hungama reported, "Ajay Devgn will be seen in an intense and gritty new cop avatar as he makes his grand entry into the digital space with his first-ever crime-drama series titled Rudra The Edge of Darkness, coming soon on Disney+ Hotstar VIP. Last year, Kabir Singh producer Murad Khetani announced his next project - the Thadam remake - amid huge fanfare. The film that was supposed to star Sidharth Malhotra and Mrunal Thakur in the lead and go on floors in November went through major changes. Sidharth expressed his reservations on the new screenplay and politely opted out of the film.
