He mentioned that it took four attempts to finalize the song, unlike the previous ones composed during COVID.Rahman also added that the film Maidaan, produced by Boney Kapoor, is more than just a sports movie, as it encompasses elements of humanity and romance, featuring Priyamani in a remarkable role as Syed Abdul Rahim's wife. The long-awaited sports drama will hit theatres on April 10, starring Devgn, Priyamani, Gajraj Rao, and Rudranil Ghosh. Initially, Keerthi Suresh was set to play opposite Devgn, but Priyamani took over the role of Runa.Based on a true story, 'Maidaan' is directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, and also features Priyamani, and Gajraj Rao along with Bengali actor Rudranil Ghosh in pivotal roles.The film boasts a musical score by Oscar-winner AR Rahman. In 2020, producer Boney Kapoor had to dismantle the film set due to the lockdown imposed to curb the coronavirus pandemic. In May 2021, the set of Maidaan was destroyed by Cyclone Tauktae.Finally, the movie is all set to be released in theatres in April 2024.

Anshuman Jha has welcomed his first child with wife Sierra Winters.The couple welcomed the baby girl on March 10 in the United States.Anshuman and Sierra have named their little angel as 'Tara Jha Winters'.Anshuman shared this news on his Instagram handle and captioned it, "I am grateful for the night, for it brought us our star. Tara."Expressing his gratitude, Anshuman shared, "I am really grateful that Sierra and 'Tara' are both healthy & safe. And we feel truly blessed to have an angel. I have been raised by my mother, my elder sister is the reason why I could pursue acting and I have always had a lot of female influence in my life through my cousin sisters as well. So in a way, I am matriarchal. In the US, it is legal to find out if it is a girl or boy but we intentionally didn't find out because we wanted to have a surprise. And we are thrilled to have our daughter. Sierra's mom and dad are here and I believe grandparents are a blessing for a child. Sierra came up with the name, Tara & I loved it." The couple have kept both surnames; so their daughter will be known as 'Tara Jha Winters'."In addition to their joyous news, the couple have made a conscious decision not to share photos of their daughter in the initial phase of her life, citing their conservative approach towards their baby's privacy. SOn this, Anshuman said, 'Some things don't need to be shared. In a world that is obsessed with counting likes, followers - I count my blessings and keep it private'Anshuman and Sierra tied the knot in 2022.Meanwhile, on the work front, Anshuman will be coming up with ''Hari-Om'. In the film, veteran singer Asha Bhosle lent her voice to one of the songs.Sharing more details about the track, Anshuman said, "It's surreal to have met Asha Ji. So grateful that she has sung 'Zindagi Tu Chupi Hai Kahan' in her inimitable style. She also loved the Lakadbaggha trailer and told me she had met Bruce Lee in 1971 which made the meeting even more special. I asked her what he was like and she very kindly shared.""The track is called 'Zindagi Tu Chupi Hai Kahan', it's a feel good, slice of life track which is filmed of the journey which the father (Raghuvir Yadav as Hari) and the son (Anshuman Jha as Om) take through Varanasi," he added.More details regarding the film are awaited.

One of the most famous brawls which had become the buzz of the town was between Punjabi artists Shehnaaz Gill and Himanshi Khurana after the latter entered the Bigg Boss 13 house.Himanshi even claimed that Shehnaaz "destroyed her love life" and made disparaging statements about her parents. A R Rahman recently visited the famous Islamic shrine - Ajmer Sharif Dargah. The critically acclaimed music composer took to his Instagram to share a few pictures from his visit with a beautiful caption that he wrote in Tamil.The music maestro was accompanied by his wife. Rahman is a regular devotee and has been going to the Dargah for the last 30 years.Last week, on World Music Day, AR Rahman shared a video on his Youtube channel where he thanked Singer Sukhwinder Singh. In the video, he said, "When I thanked everyone at the Oscars, I left out the singers' names because of all the chaos in my mind. And I am really grateful to Sukhwinder Singh who sang the main part. Sukhwinder's unique voice took the song to another level, undeniably. I am really grateful for his patience, love and his musicality."A R Rahman was last seen sharing a picture with Shah Rukh Khan at Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan's wedding in Mahabalipuram on June 9. Cannes Film Festival 2022 holds a special place in Music maestro AR Rahman's heart as his directorial debut 'Le Musk' will have a world premiere in Cannes XR, Marche Du Films.Rahman also walked the red carpet on Tuesday, representing the Indian delegation led by I&B Minister Anurag Thakur.Excited to be at Cannes Film Festival, Rahman told ANI," It's is a great honour to be here. I also have my first directorial film which is premiering at Cannes XR. We all are excited."Earlier in the day, the 'Maa Tujhe Salaam' hitmaker took to Instagram and shared a few pictures from Cannes Film Market's Cannes XR program, where people are seen enjoying the cinematic sensory experience at the event."#LeMuskthecinematicsensoryexperience," he captioned the post.In another post, he expressed gratitude to his 'Le Musk' team."My amazing Lemusk army ..really grateful to my faithful team , who believed in my vision and gave their precious time to work on this project! @festivaldecannes @_akt_ @srghvn @hashimzain @kdoucette10," Rahman wrote, adding a picture with his team.'Le Musk' is a 36 minute VR film which stars Nora Arnezeder and Guy Burnet in pivotal roles. Other Indian films including R. Madhavan's 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' and Biswajeet Bora's 'Boomba Ride' among others wil also be screened at the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival.India has been named a "country of honour" at Cannes this year.

Zee TV's Agar Tum Na Hote lead actor Himanshu Soni was recently injured on the sets of the show whilst shooting for an extensive sequence. In spite of the heavy injury Himanshu chose to continue shooting for the show. "Yes I recently suffered a back injury on set while shooting for a long sequence and I have in fact been advised bed rest for two months, but as the main character on the show I know how important it is for me to be present for each scene. Hence I am ensuring I turn up to shoot every day and shooting for the entire 12 hour stretch with no breaks in between. Though at the same time I am ensuring that I take good care of my back to not harm it any further", shares Himanshu.Himanshu Soni continues to shoot for Agar Tum Na Hote in spite of major injury on setHimanshu further says, "Coming from a daily soap background, I know the importance of telecasts and episode banks going on time due to the channel and producers having their deadlines. So while my health is important, I have committed to this show and it is my responsibility as an actor to fulfill my commitment by continuing with the shoot"."My daily physio sessions are on and I am taking proper regular medication to ensure my health is in place so I can shoot without any hindrance, and I hope to recover soon enough so my daily shoots go even more smoothly", elaborates Himanshu.
