Jr NTR is all set to work with the director Prashant Neel, known for his films like 'KGF' and 'KGF 2'.On Thursday, the makers of the film made an announcement of the film.Taking to Instagram, production house Mythri Movies shared a picture which they captioned, "The most awaited project of @jrntr & #PrashanthNeel will commence in April, 2024. The prestigious high-octane spectacle will create a new benchmark in Indian Cinema #NTRNeel."The makers will commence shooting for the magnum opus film in April 2024.This film will be produced by prestigious production houses Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts and one hears that the team plans on mounting the film on an unparalleled scale.Prashant Neel is currently gearing up for the release of his film 'Salaar' which stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles.The film is all set to hit the theatres on December 22 and will face a big Bollywood clash with Shah Rukh Khan's next 'Dunki'.Jr NTR on the other hand is currently busy with 'Devara' in which he will be seen alongside Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor.He also has director Ayan Mukerji's next action thriller film 'War 2' alongside Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani.

Prashanth Neel's pan-India blockbuster, 'K.G.F: Chapter 2' will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video from June 3.The movie starring Yash in the lead role will be available to stream in 5 languages-Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam in more than 240 countries and territories can stream from the comfort of their homes.On Tuesday, Amazon Prime Video took to Twitter and shared a new trailer for the film, announcing that the viewers will be able to watch the action saga for free.They wrote, "Join Rocky on his journey to rule the world!! #KGF2onPrime, streaming from June 3."'K.G.F: Chapter 2' is a sequel to the 2018 film 'K.G.F: Chapter 1'. It follows Rocky, whose name is now feared throughout the blood-soaked Kolar Gold Fields. While his friends hold him in high regard, the government regards him as a danger to law and order. Rocky must face threats from all sides in order to maintain unrivalled dominance. He is a hero and the people of Narachi's saviour. In order to keep his vow to his mother, he must overcome several difficulties, including Adheera, Inayat Khalil, and Ramika Sen.In addition to Yash, the film stars Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Easwari Rao, Achyuth Kumar, and Archana Jois. In March this year Ajay Devgn took to his social media profile sharing a cryptic message wherein he asked fans and viewers to refer to him not as Ajay Devgn but as Sudarshan. At that time reports claimed that the said post was a promotion for his soon to be launched webshow that would also mark Devgns OTT debut. Now, a few weeks on and Bollywood Hungama has managed to get some inside details about Devgns show. In fact, a well-placed industry insider tells us that the said show will be a remake of the British TV series Luther.Commenting on the same the insider spills the beans saying, Yes, Ajay will be making his OTT debut with the Luther remake that is jointly being produced by BBC India and Applause Entertainment. Once ready the show will be aired on Disney+ Hotstar, and an official announcement of the show will happen sometime next week. Ask the source for more details about the cast of the show and he adds, The original is a psychological crime thriller with Idris Elba playing the lead. Given the seriousness and gravitas needed for the role Ajay was the perfect fit for the remake. Besides Devgn, the remake will also feature a prominent female lead much like the original, and buzz is that Ileana DCruz has been approached for the said role.If that wasnt all, we also hear that the said show will be directed by Rajesh Mapuskar who directed the 2012 film Ferrari Ki Sawaari and the 2016 film Ventilator. Though details of what to expect are still sketchy, given the story line of the original British TV show Luther, we can expect the remake to feature Devgn going undercover as an investigator to solve crimes.
