Actors Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Shaikh have legally parted ways with a divorce. Reportedly, the divorce papers of the television stars came through nine months ago and both the actors chose to keep the development away from the public. The former couple also has a daughter together who is two-year-old.Sanjeeda and Aamir tied the knot in 2012 after dating for a long time. According to reports, the couple decided to separate in 2020 and Sanjeeda reportedly left their home in the summer of 2020. It is also reported that Sanjeeda got custody of their daughter Arya. At present, Sanjeeda is living at her parent's house along with her daughter.Reportedly, Sanjeeda and Aamir are extremely private and hence decided to not make any official announcement regarding their divorce.Meanwhile, back in the day, Sanjeeda and Aamir were among the most popular television couples. The duo has participated in Nach Baliye 3 and won that season. While Sanjeeda is known for shows like Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Ka, Ek Hasina Thi, and Love Ka Hai Intezaar, Aamir is known for shows like Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki and F.I.R.

Zee5 has announced Taish - a revenge drama to be released simultaneously as a six-episode web series & as a feature film. A first of its kind initiative which gives the viewers a custom-made choice for their viewing pleasure. Taish is an intense revenge drama that revolves around two families that will march to the beat of their own stories and madness.One family is planning an elaborate countryside wedding and the other is a violent criminal family of moneylenders, headed by Kuljinder with his two brothers - Pali and Jassi. The story revolves around these two families based out of London. Amidst a week-long affair, both these worlds collide when Kuljinder attends the wedding. A past secret connected to Rohan and Kuljinder sparks an incident of violence- in turn changing all their lives drastically.Pulkit Samrat shares, All I can say about Taish is the madness that will grip the audience. Not too long ago, we had reported that Pulkit Samrat has joined the cast along with Jim Sarbh , Harshvardhan Rane, Neha Sharma , Kriti Kharbanda and TV actress Sanjeeda Sheikh in the forthcoming film Taish.The recent update on that front is that the Bejoy Nambiar directorial has gone on floors. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared a photo of the clapperboard from the sets of Taish recently. The multi-starrer is a revenge drama that is expected to go on floor in UK. Just recently, it was being said that the film will feature many characters with layers. Amongst them, Pulkit Samrat is supposed to play a grey shaded role of a guy who loves bikes and girls. While the plot has been kept under wraps, we hear that director Bejoy Nambiar is quite excited about the film. On the other hand, coming to the film, while it was already reported that Taish is an edge of the seat thriller that will go on floors in July, we hear that Pulkit Samrat will join the team next month. Just recently, we had mentioned that the actor is busy with work on Pagalpanti that features John Abraham and Anil Kapoor.Meanwhile, it is being said that the rest of the team is already London where they have commenced the shoot.

Back in 2010, Pankh , featuring Bipasha Basu, Lilette Dubey, Mahesh Manjrekar, Ronit Roy, Sanjeeda Sheikh and newcomers Maradona Rebello and Amit Purohit, hit theatre screens across India. The film sunk without a trace, however, the writer- director Sudipto Chattopadhyay made several rounds of various film festivals with the film. Now, three years later, we hear that Sudipto is planning to take legal action against Zoya Akhtar for apparently lifting his film for her story in Bombay Talkies . Apparently, after watching the trailer of Zoya's feature and learning about the storyline, Sudipto felt that Zoya has lifted the central idea of his film, for her upcoming Bombay Talkies. Further reiterating he says that Zoya's film is exactly what was shown in his, with almost every bit of the story line being similar. If that wasn't enough, Sudipto further claims that certain scenes have been blatantly lifted from his film without giving him credit.

On the other hand though, Zoya denies the allegations of plagiarism stating that the concept of her shot film is an original that is based on a little boy and his obsession with Katrina Kaif.

Pankh revolved around the confused sexual identity of the boy and how he liked to dress up as a girl and got constantly rebuked for doing so. In the film, Bipasha essayed the role of a fairy the boy confided to - in fact it was an extension of the boy's own self.
