Avantika Vandanapu, who is receiving appreciation for her performance in 'Big Girls Don't Cry', shared her aspiration to be part of Indian cinema, stating she has grown up watching films like 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' and 'Veer Zaara'.Avantika has made her mark in several Hollywood projects, including 'Mean Girls', 'Spin', and 'Senior Years', among others.Reflecting on her journey, Avantika shared, "It's truly surreal to come full circle and return to India, from my roots as a child actor to now leading a Hindi series like 'Big Girls Don't Cry'. Konkona Sensharma recently shared her experience of working with actor Manoj Bajpayee for the first time in the crime thriller web series 'Killer Soup'.Talking exclusively to ANI, Konkona said, "So lovely...actually, I have been an admirer of his work for a very long time. If you look at his body of work, it's very intimidating...he has done fantastic films...you know 'Gangs Of Wasseypur', 'Satya', 'Bandit Queen'...iconic films. It's intimidating as he is an intense, serious kind of person but 'aisa nahi hai voh' he is not like that. He is very sweet."Directed by Abhishek Chaubey the series stars Manoj BajpayeeKonkona Sensharma, Nasser, Sayaji Shinde, Lal, Anbuthasan, Anula Navlekar and Kani Kusruti in pivotal roles.The series revolves around Swathi Shetty (played by Konkona) a budding cook who wishes for the entire world to enjoy her soup. 'Dedh Ishqiya', 'Sonchiriya', 'Udta Punjab' and so many others ...even his short films. I really like his work. Somehow I really resonate with his work. I have known him for so many years. He used to be in Vishal Bhardwaj's team. So even when I was doing 'Omkara'. I knew him for a long time."Konkona also called the 'Gangs of Wasseypur' actor "a living legend".She said, "You know I was dying to work with Abhishek and then of course this is with Manoj Bajpayee who is a living legend. Jr NTR and director Koratala Siva's 'Devara' is one of the most anticipated films of 2024. Recently, rumours about the makers planning to release the teaser have gone viral. In the latest update on this action saga, Anirudh who is also composing the music for Devara, added fuel to rumours and shared his reaction to the upcoming teaser. To tease his fans, Anirudh took to X and wrote, "#Devara teaser @tarak9999 and #KoratalaSiva Excited #AllHailTheTiger."The film which is set against the costal lands is helmed by Koratala Siva the film stars Janhvi KapoorJr NTR, and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles.'Devara' will be released in two parts.The first part of the film will be released on April 5, 2024.'Devara' marks the first collaboration of Janhvi with the 'RRR' actor.The film's music is done by Anirudh Ravichander with R Rathnavelu being the cinematographer.The official release date of the second part of the film is still awaited.

Cinema brings the world together and you have a big history of cinema in India."Further sharing about the festival and its importance, he added, "The festival is ending tomorrow. We are here at the end of the festival but I think it is so exciting. It is an international festival. You have over 78 countries represented here."Douglas also lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his efforts in the field of film production and finance. On speaking about the relevance of the festival and PM Modi's leadership skills, he said, "I also think this is more and more the sort of spirit, and the beauty of this festival are you had 78 foreign countries represented and it's only a reflection of the strength of your Indian filming, which is renowned and known around the world.
