"Hindi cinema is something every actor will dream of," Bellamkonda Sreenivas on his Bollywood debut

Bellamkunda also won the best male debut award for his Telugu film in 2015 also commented on his expectations from the film. "I definitely want one more. So I got the best debut film fare in 2015 for my Telugu film and again in 2023 I am very sure that I will get the best debut film fare again for the film 'Chatarpathi'," he said. As the film serves a lot of action, Bellamkunda expressed how action has to be mixed with emotions in order to deliver a wonderful experience to the audience. He said, "Whenever content merges, action needs emotions. As just for the sake of action it isn't fun to do a project. As if an emotion is there then there is action, then it gets elevated. So I always believe in that as we have a high-emotion film and it is going to be great.""I think the content of the film is something which deserves to be delivered in the biggest way possible. Nushrratt Bharuccha will be seen sharing screen space with Sreenivas Bellamkonda in the Hindi remake of 'Chatrapathi'.Talking about the role in the film, Nushrratt said, "I am excited, but I also have goosebumps. This is my first Pan India action drama, and I couldn't have asked for anything better than a film like Chatrapathi. I am so thrilled to have worked with a team of such brilliant technicians and an amazing co-star, Sreenivas."Sreenivas also expressed happiness."Working with Nushrratt has been great. It was very easy to share the camaraderie, and it is all thanks to her for making me feel comfortable in my first Bollywood film. In a huge partnership, top director Boyapati Sreenu and Ustaad Ram Pothineni and ace producer Srinivasaa Chhitturi, have joined forces for a pan-Indian film, a formal announcement about which was made today.Srinivasaa Chhitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner, after two back to back hits, is now producing The Warriorr starring Ram Pothineni and directed by N Lingusamy. Boyapati Sreenu is fresh from the success of Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer recent industry hit Akhanda, while Ram Pothineni is one of the most happening crazy hero of Telugu film industry.The coming together of the three for this pan-Indian project is being viewed as a big combination. The yet-to-be titled movie will be made on a lavish budget.Talking about the collaboration, actor Ram Pothineni says, "I am happy to be collaborating with Boyapati Srinu Sir and Srinivasaa Silver Screen, Boyapti Sreenu is a huge mass director. Updated: Jul 16, 2021 - 12:01 PM IST Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, director VV Vinayak and Pen Studios are joining forces for a Bollywood project which is an official remake of Indias leading director SS Rajamoulis blockbuster movie Chatrapathi. The yet-to-be-titled film billed to be a mass action entertainer has been launched today in a grand ceremony in Hyderabad with the key team of Bellamkonda Sreenivas, VV Vinayak, Dr. Jayantilal, and few special guests including Rajamouli and Sukumar gracing it. Rajamouli has sounded clapboard for the muhurtham shot, while star Rama Rajamouli switched on the camera and producer AM Ratnam did the honorary direction. The script has been handed over to the makers by Vijayendra Prasad.Present at the Muhurtham Dhaval Jayantilal Gada, director at Pen Studios said, We are tremendously excited and thrilled as this is one of our grand projects along with talented actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and renowned Director VV Vinayak. The Telugu film Chatrapathi, starring Prabhas, marked ace director SS Rajamouli's first collaboration with the Pan India star Prabhas, before the Baahubali series. It was an out-and-out action film that turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office. Prabhas portrayed a character called Chatrapathi Sivaji and Rajamouli then won accolades for presenting the character in the most powerful manner.The film is now all set to be remade in Hindi, and Tollywoods promising star Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, known for films such as Alludu Seenu, Jaya Janaki Nayaka, Saakshyam, Rakshasudu etc., is set to make his Bollywood debut with this film to be directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Jayantilal Gada's Pen Studios.VV Vinayak is known for his films such as Aadi, Tagore, Khaidi No. 150, among others. Rajamoulis father Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote the story for the original, has penned the script of the remake as well.The makers planned to begin the films shoot from April 22 in a massive Rs. 3 Cr worth village set in Hyderabad that was erected in 6-acre land under the supervision of art director Sunil Babu at the same location of Rangasthalam village set. Unfortunately, due to lockdown followed by the second wave of covid-19, the films shoot got canceled. In the meantime, heavy rains in Hyderabad city caused damage to the set. The set department will reconstruct the set, a few days before the commencement of the films shoot.The yet-to-be-titled film will be made on a grand scale and Bellamkonda Sreenivas undergoes a complete makeover to play an action-packed role.
