Dilip Kumars 18 year old court case comes up for hearing today

In a day and age when relationships and marriages in Bollywood are more lightweight than a birds feather, yesteryear actress Saira Banu is a living example of what the term commitment is all about. Time has been the testimony to the fact to the way in which she has stood by her husband Dilip Kumar through the thick and thins of life. Readers may recall that the thespian Dilip Kumar has been involved in a legal case with reference to a certain GK Exim India Private Limited, in which he held the post of honorary chairman. The said case traces back to as many as 18 years. After all these years, D-day has come today when the judgment is expected to be delivered. While the hearing will be held at the 14 Metropolitan Magistrate Court (Girgaum), it will be presided by Magistrate BS Kharade. Even though it is compulsory to be present in court today, the 93-year-old Dilip Kumar is just not in a position to do so because of his fragile health. Speaking about the case, Saira Banu said that since the matter was sub-judice, she couldnt reveal anything about it. She urged all of Dilip Kumars fans to pray for him. Besides this, she also took to twitter and voiced her concerns and opinions about the same. Using Dilip Kumars Twitter handle, she posted, From Saira Banu: Breaks my heart to inform @TheDilipKumar fans., Tuesday, 18-yr-old court case in which Saab has been associated, will be up for judgement hearing at 14 Met. Hope serious consternation n stress caused dont affect his condition further. Saab needs peace n rest. I seek your prayers n support. The latest update is that Dilip Kumar Acquitted in the aforementioned case, as the court said that he was not involved in it directly and he was just a Director (of the company). It also added that unless its not been proved that a Director is involved in the day to day affairs of a company , he cant be accused for it.
