Shah Rukh Khan to sport three looks in Raees

After a successful feel-good film Dear Zindagi, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to play an anti-hero in Rahul Dholakias directorial titled Raees. The trailer of the highly anticipated film was unveiled this week and gave a glimpse of what SRK has in store for the fans. Donning surma and pathani attires, Shah Rukh Khans look is set in 1980s. Costume designer Sheetal Sharma, who has done the look for SRK, revealed that he will sport three different looks in the film. She said that the story starts from a normal boy from small town to becoming a big person, so one will get to watch the transformation in his looks. She further revealed that as there are three different phases of his life that is featured in the film. So, the gradual progress in his character will see different looks as well. Sheetal Sharma also said that Shah Rukh Khan was open to experimenting with different looks for his character to make it look believable. She said it was a pleasure to work with Shah Rukh because he was so open for experimenting with his looks. He came up with some wonderful suggestions during trials and he tried to make the character as real as possible. Talking more about his look, she further revealed that its a typical 80s style look with big collars. Everything has pastel colours and slowly moving to dark colours. They have kept the elegance intact but maintained that it shouldnt become over board. Raees is a story about a bootlegger named Raees whose business was destroyed by a tough policeman. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, Raees also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and marks the Bollywood debut of Pakistani actress Mahira Khan
