Akshay to do an extended cameo in Punjabi film

Akshay Kumar was seen portraying the role of Punjabi Munda quite often, from Namastey London to his recent hit Khiladi 786, but the actor never tried his hands on in a full fledged regional venture.

Now that he is producing a Punjabi film, Bhaji In Problem, Akshay is all set to do an extended cameo in the movie. As per the buzz, the actor has shot about five to six scenes and since he is well versed with the language, doing the role was a cakewalk for him.

Also, Akshay was truly impressed with the character written for him and hence decided to play the role. Apparently, the actor has now completed the shoot and is off for a holiday with his family.

The film is set to release this year.
