Ranbir Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Roy runs into weather trouble

For a while the media has been abuzz with images of the currently underproduction Ranbir Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arjun Rampal starrer Roy. Now we hear that the film which was being shot in Malaysia has run into trouble with the weather in the country playing truant.

In fact the unit is said to have packed up earlier than scheduled due to unfavourable condition with a few scenes that had to be shot on the beaches ultimately being cancelled. Sources close to the film state that though the shoot was almost completed, the cast and crew returned to Mumbai due to the weather conditions, further adding that the production team will now look for suitable locations within the city to wrap up the shoot.

Roy that is directed by Vikramjit Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar & Divya Khosla Kumar, features Jacqueline as a filmmaker in a double role alongside Ranbir Kapoor who plays an art thief and Arjun Rampal who plays the role of a scriptwriter. The film is slated for release in February next year.
