Scenes of Sonam Kapoor starrer Dolly Ki Doli to be re-shot

Produced by actor turned filmmaker Arbaaz Khan, Dolly Ki Doli will be his first production which will not star his superstar brother Salman Khan. With Sonam Kapoor in the lead, Dolly Ki Doli kick started early this year. However, now we hear that certain portions of the film will be re-shot.

Apparently, the makers are unhappy with the way a few scenes turned out to be and hence some parts of the film have to be re-shot. However, Arbaaz Khan dismisses this as a minor issue stating that the film is still in the making and there are still sequences that need to be shot. Elaborating on it, he further mentioned that they are yet to shoot two songs and a promotional video for the film. However, he did not deny the fact that the scenes which already have been shot require re-work. He maintained that every film needs to go through some patch work that keeps cropping up throughout the shooting process and hence it is not a big deal.

Dolly Ki Doli is about a con-girl who robs men by faking her marriage. Directed by Abhishek Dogra, the film also stars Pulkit Samrat, Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma in prominent roles and cameos by Saif Ali Khan and Malaika Arora Khan. The film is slated to release on February 6, 2015.
