Sonali Bendre takes a lecture on parenting at a summit in DelhiWhile her book on parenting has gained acceptance, Sonali Bendre too has been gaining popularity as an author. The former actress has previously taken several guest lectures in India and abroad on her novel takes on parenting and she once again was invited at the Women Economic Forum for the same.

We hear that Sonali Bendre, who also supports women empowerment, spoke about the concept of modern day working women and parenting at this annual summit. She further also apparently stressed on the need of an educated woman who can help support the family since double income is a requirement for survival in current times. It is also being said that the former actress also spoke about her own experiences of motherhood as well as about her book - 'The Modern Gurukul'.

The annual summit was held in Delhi and organized by the NGO, All Ladies League that works for women empowerment. From representatives of 60 countries across the world to 20 most powerful business women, several personalities including Her Highness Sheikha Hissah Saad Al Abdallah Al Salem Al Sabah of Kuwait were present at the summit.
